POLICIES

Esperanza thrives on providing each and every client with the best possible service she can offer. That’s why there are some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.

• Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.

​

• Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they also have an appointment.

​

• If you haven’t been feeling well, or have been around someone not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. I appreciate your consideration in preventing the spread of sickness to myself and my family.

​

• Please arrive on time for your appointment (and please arrive no earlier than 5 or 10 minutes), otherwise I may not be able to complete your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. If you no call/message/show for your service, you will be charged a $25 fee. After the second no call/message/show, I will not schedule any future services. Thank you in advance, and I appreciate your understanding in being respectful of everyone's time.
