WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GODDESS GLITTER AND "HAIR TINSEL"?

Unlike other hair tinsel options available, Goddess Glitter strands are made up of multiple layers of material.

As a result, Goddess Glitter strands are much stronger and don’t stretch while styling. They can also handle more heat, and they stay knotted in longer for lasting results. Despite their strength, the strands are also more delicate (and less "chunky" than traditional tinsel) for a more natural appearance.

HOW IS GODDESS GLITTER APPLIED?

One glitter strand is tied and knotted to one single hair strand.

WILL GODDESS GLITTER WORK IN CURLY OR TEXTURIZED HAIR?

Absolutely. Goddess Glitter is a delicate, multi-ply strand that will start to blend itself in with the texture.  You can also heat style or twirl them in to match the curl pattern.

CAN GLITTER STRANDS HANDLE HOT TOOLS?

Yes!  No need to stop styling your fun, new hair. Goddess Glitter is heat resistant to 400°. I do suggest turning the heat down to around 375° for best results.

CAN THEY HANDLE COLORING, LIGHTENING, OR KERATIN TREATMENTS?

Yep! Goddess Glitter is resistant to all hair colors and chemical services.  Using a high-volume lightener will dull the strands a little bit. I always recommend getting fresh strands after all your chemical processes are finished.

HOW LONG WILL GODDESS GLITTER STAY IN MY HAIR?

The standard 25-strand application typically lasts…

• 6 weeks (adults)

• 3 weeks (kiddos)

Each individual strand will shed naturally with the single hair it is tied to. Sometimes they last much longer!

HOW CAN I MAKE MY GODDESS GLITTER LAST LONGER?

There are a few ways to help your glitter last even longer!

• Try to resist touching the individual strands. You may accidentally pluck them out.

• Although Goddess Glitter is heat resistant, using less heat is always best for long-lasting sparkle.
